Running daily from 3 to 17 April (not 11 April), between 9.30am and 4.30pm, the Science Festival at the City Art Centre is seven floors of fantastic fun for all the family. Whether you’re a budding Einstein or simply into all things science – from blood and goo to robots and Egyptian mummies - there’s sure to be something for you.

You’ll find fun workshops, shows, hands-on activities and exhibitions. There are fabulous new attractions set to encourage the budding scientist in us all such as Dr Clots Blood-curdling Adventure and the gooey but great Blood Bar. We are proud to announce the return of some popular favourites such as the truly magical Wee Wonder World for the very young and the exciting Jungle Safari where you will be taken on an incredible journey through the deepest, darkest region of the jungle.

Purchasing a Day Pass will get you into the City Art Centre to explore as many events as you like. Some events have limited capacity – but you can reserve up to three in advance with a Day Pass. Don’t forget, there is plenty for adults to do too.

To avoid disappointment, please book your tickets in advance. Our City Art Centre events are very popular so pre-booking is strongly advised.
