Support Us

Edinburgh International Science Festival is a not for profit organisation and we rely on the generous support of our funding partners. Every year these partners help us provide inspirational experiences of science and technology to over 100,000 children and adults at the Science Festival in Edinburgh and in schools throughout Scotland with our educational programme, Generation Science.

Donations

We gratefully receive personal donations at any level. For example £6 enables a pupil to participate in one of our exciting hands on shows or workshops in their school. If you would like to make a one-off or recurring donation please contact Fiona Logue on 0131 553 0324 or email Fiona.

Please remember that you can increase the value of every £1 to £1.28 you give by making a Gift Aid Declaration. It is simple to do and higher rate tax payers benefit too.

Generation Science Club

Generation Science Club is a network of individuals and companies dedicated to engaging the next generation in science and technology. Funds raised from the Club are primarily used to support young people in areas of disadvantage. Personal membership starts at £500 and corporate from £4,000. A personal membership can allow up to 70 children to enjoy one of our curriculum linked shows and workshops and a corporate membership can allow us to visit 8 different primary schools. For more information contact Lindsay Coulton on 0131 553 0320 or email Lindsay.

Legacies

If our activities have entertained or inspired you, please consider including a legacy in your will. This will help ensure our festival and schools programme will have a sustainable future and that your memory will live on. If you would like to discuss this in confidence please contact Fiona Logue, Business Director on 0131 553 0324 or email Fiona.
