City Art Centre

The Science Festival at the City Art Centre is seven floors of fantastic fun for all the family. Whether you’re a budding Einstein or simply into all things science- from dragons and robots to Egyptian mummies and outer space- there’s sure to be something for you.

There are fun workshops on offer as well as plenty of shows, activities and exhibitions. There will be special appearances from BBC’s Nina and the Neurons and the LEGO robots. New this year is the Wee Wonder Land for the very young, or Scotland Powerhouse of Genius on the fifth floor. The City Art Centre Day Pass costs the same as 2008 and still offers the same great value. You can book places on up to 3 of our popular bookable events and visit unlimited drop in events throughout the day.

It is recommended to allow 4-5 hours for a visit to ensure maximum enjoyment of the attractions.

There are plenty of shows on offer to suit everyone’s tastes and the fun begins at 9.30am each day at:

City Art Centre
1-3 Market Street
