The Exhibition Hall is located in the north-east corner of the garden, at the top of the ramp behind the modern range of Glasshouses.

The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh is over 330 years old and an integral part of the city’s heritage. Affectionately known as ‘the Botanics’, it is a place for everyone – from every walk of life – to discover, enjoy and learn. The Botanics is one of the most popular visitor attractions in Scotland, as well as being a world class centre for research, science and horticulture.

Opening Times and Admission
The garden is open daily from 10am to 7pm throughout the Festival.
The Exhibition Hall closes at 5pm.
Admission to the garden is FREE.
Charges apply to the Glasshouses: Adults £3.50, Concessions £3, children £1. Families (2 adults and up to 4 children) £8.
Refreshments
The Terrace Café serves daily a delicious selection of high quality hot and cold food for all tastes. Open 10am until 5.30pm daily.
There will be a small café within the Exhibition Hall. Open 11am – 4.30pm daily.
How to get here
By car: The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh is off the A902, one mile north of the city centre. On street parking is available around the perimeter of the garden, parking meter restrictions apply on weekdays.
By bus: There are regular bus services from the city centre (8, 17, 23 or 27) to the East Gate (Inverleith Row). These buses also stop at 20A Inverleith Row, for access to the Lecture Theatre.
Entrances to the Garden are on Inverleith Row (East Gate) and Inverleith Place (North Gate).
