Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh - Lecture Theatre, 20 Inverleith Row

To get the Lecture Theatre, go to RBGE’s administration buildings on 20A Inverleith Row (EH3 5LR). This is located on Inverleith Row further away from the city centre than the East Gate. Enter via the building with the flags outside (the 8, 23, and 27 buses stop just outside it) and you will be directed through to the Lecture Theatre from the ‘evening and weekend reception’ entrance. Parking is available around the perimeter of the Garden and on adjacent side streets. Parking is free at weekends and evenings, but is metered Mondays to Fridays between 8.30am and 5.30pm.

The Lecture Theatre will host a very interesting evening on phenology. The Science Festival coincides with the International Conference on the Science of Phenology this year. Make the most of the opportunity to learn more about phenology – the study of nature's signs of the seasons and how these are influenced by climate
