The Royal Botanic Gardens were established in the year 1670. The Gardens are a place for everyone to discover and enjoy the world of plants. The 8, 23, and 27 buses all go past the East Gate and RBGE’s administration buildings. Parking is available around the perimeter of the Garden and on adjacent side streets. Parking is free at weekends and evenings, but is metered Mondays to Fridays between 8.30am and 5.30pm.
Many exciting and interesting events will be held in the Real Life Science Studio during this year's Science Festival.
