Alongside the festival activities our Education programme operates all year round. A key part of our activities is Generation Science which helps bring science to life in classrooms all over Scotland.
In 2012 we're celebrating 21 years of Generation Science shows visiting schools across Scotland and inspiring pupils with educational and entertaining performances and workshops.
We constantly develop our shows to meet the needs of teachers in line with the Curriculum for Excellence, and consistently receive great feedback. Our aim is to improve the teaching of science in Scottish primary schools and support teachers to deliver the curriculum. In essence, we make learning and teaching science fun. We can work with schools on science weeks, transition projects or individual science days.
