Moon Jellyfish

Did you know?... Moon jellyfish are carnivores but they have no brain, teeth or fins to help them hunt so they often have to settle for plankton as food.

Moon jellyfish will sting their prey, but very rarely sting humans. Even if they did, the worse that could be expected is a light rash as their sting is not strong enough to penetrate human skin.
