A Celebration of Women in Astronomy

Prof Dame Jocelyn Bell Burnell, first female president of the Royal Society of Edinburgh, is an astrophysicist best known for her discovery of pulsars, considered to be one of the greatest astronomical discoveries of the twentieth century.
