Secrets of Seafood

Sunday 7 April

Scotland has a longstanding love of seafood, with its harbours and fishing villages supplying our fishy feasts for countless years. But what other edible treats can the sea offer, and how can we ensure our stocks are sustainable? Come along to learn some surprising science from the Marine Conservation Society's Tara Proud, Slate Island Seaweed's Dr Duncan Smallman, and marine biologist Dr Tara Marshall and try out some Scottish seafood fare! Hosted by food critic and gastronomer Donald Reid. If you need to discuss dietary requirements, get in touch with our box office prior to booking.
