Over the last 28 years, the Edinburgh International Science Festival has inspired people of all ages and backgrounds to learn about the world around them.

How would you like to be part of this incredible educational charity best known for its 2-week Science Festival which explodes across Edinburgh each spring?

This dynamic organisation is looking for a Development Manager to bring its fundraising experience and creative thinking to one of Europe’s largest celebrations of science and technology. 

As a key part of the Development team, you will offer day-to-day support and guidance to a team of three Development Officers. You will also work closely with the Head of Development to develop and implement a creative fundraising strategy to strengthen and diversify income. Along with the rest of the team, you will deliver the highest possible level of service to strengthen and grow the existing relationships and partnerships which are vital to the success of the Festival and its national educational outreach programmes and other educational activities. 

You will be an enthusiastic fundraising professional with experience across a variety of income streams. You will also have excellent management and communication skills and want to be part of a small, dynamic team.
