Edinburgh Gin Distillery

In 2016 Edinburgh Gin expanded its production base by opened a second distillery at The Biscuit Factory in Leith. At this disused space which formally housed a biscuit factory, the company is bringing distilling back to Scotland’s historic gin port, Leith, which once boasted a thriving gin industry renowned for influencing the development of the world famous aromatic gin style known as London Dry. This new distillery produces Edinburgh Gin’s core range including Original, Cannonball and the Seaside gin.

Please note: No flash photography is allowed within the distillery.
